Campaign - Eau Sauvage

Monday, 1 December 2014
Styling:
Whilst coming across previous 'Eau Sauvage' Campaigns I wanted to proceed with the general formative look of a white shirt and black trousers.

A young sophisticated MALE LOOK, Raf Simons realised his Fall/Winter collection 2013/14 for Dior Homee which has been described as a magical inspiration of Christian Dior's work and a wardrobe of his own which has created the strongest collection as of yet for Dior Homme.

The masculine male look is idolised by most men and loved by many women my focus is to give the audience a feel of real sophisication with 'Eau Sauvage' is the oldest Dior Parfum and I want to give it a new essence of a modern day man. A working business man, earning a good income that can have the look of luxury, work and manliness. A white shirt and black jeans fitted a more casual approach rather then a suit and tie, however the more fashion is changing, so is the stereotypical formal look.

The shirt has a suited structure which fitted the male body perfectly, the mandarin open buttoned collar enhanced the models jaw and neck line, which I felt was very macho and adult like.

The jeans were a skinny fit however were not fitted to the leg there was slight room for comfort which gave it a luxury look. Dior Homee especially has a reputation for its blacks, whites and greys and I wanted the story to be the focus of the advert not so much what the model was wearing so I kept the costume subtle and simple in black and white. I wanted it to look very modern but also high end.

HAIR

I want my models hair to have slight volume. Especially at the front, however I want it to look natural I don't intend to use any products on their hair.

SHOTS:

In my campaign I will use different angles and camera works to shoot my film. From close up to full body to enhance the story telling.
